How can drug delivery devices be made more sustainable? Though there is growing pressure on all industries to use more eco-friendly materials and processes, the high-risk, high-performance nature of medical devices can make this challenging. DCA will address how design can help give devices a smaller environmental footprint without compromising on functionality, and how reusability, materials and smart functionality can all play a role in making more sustainable drug delivery devices.
