DCA sponsors London Packaging Week 2024 and delivers a talk on Multisensory Design

DCA has co-sponsored the Luxury Stage at London Packaging Week 2024 where Dai Sanders delivered a conference talk on Multi-sensory Packaging Design to a packed audience.

Structural packaging can offer an ideal platform to deliver designs that engage multiple senses that can help express a brands uniqueness, heighten luxury for consumers and offers benefits for inclusivity.

In his talk, Dai firstly summarised how our senses work and highlighted that we have far more than the five we have all been led to believe. Secondly, he used examples of work across multiple sectors at DCA, to share how great human centred design creates better holistic user experiences when many more senses are engaged. And finally, he shared how DCA are utilising design tools, expertise and state of the art facilities to create engaging multi-sensory brand experiences for their clients.
